    Just looking at what is fair value for NSE

    Bru holdings = approx $45 million

    Cash on hand = $25 million

    Conoco Deal = $110 million expenditure

    Total = $180 million.

    Current market cap = $180 million approx

    So the rest is thrown in for free

    Interesting and yes simplistic I know....food for thought hey?
