Takeover just about 70% today.
The takeover panel objection by Stone is stupid.....even if it is upheld, all it does is stop the loan conversion to shares....FML would probably prefer not to convert the loan to cash anyway.
Stone has been trumped...best they can do now is to take up FML`s offer by 31/8/11 which is their only logical step. If they are smart they would also have been buying up the cheap FML on offer over the past month caused in part by their interference in the takeover.
Van Eck buying in cheap over the past month is a real positive.I have joined them and topped up as my funds allowed.
Suspect that Stone will accept the takeover of it's CRE shares by FML on 31/8/11 and that on 1/9/11 we will read that FML has reached close to 100% acceptances and that Stone is a new major shareholder.
10c plus here we come, not far away.
