You could be right with your count as the problem I faced was determining just how many shares constitute the adjusted 10% figure when all convertible notes and options are exercised.
Point in your favour is that Stone at this point in time does appear to have ceased buying as last trade in CRE was at 10.03 Sydney time this morning.
Need to watch how future trades in CRE go.
Still leaves open the questions on what Stone hopes to achieve.
