    I have been watching NLG for a while and have come to some conclusions.
    1.Major shareholders with experience in this industry
    TWH Hedley 19.9%
    Karedis 17.2%
    Laundy 15.3%
    2.All major holders just underwrite rights isuue 13c
    3.Takeover would be hard at this price as conflict between holders.
    4.Banks BNZA are working with company.
    5. Stock price will move up quickly on announcement
