The shares seemed to be in a range during the last quarter last year of 4.80-5ish, did poke above 5 for awhile.
It was only when Healthscope announced they were looking at an acquisition in the aged care market that the shares got de-rated.
In that context a 5.50 bid seems a bit of a joke.
