Its a generous offer by Goldfields and should be accepted.GOR has half of a goldmine which has production problems ,doesnt even operate it ,goldfields does.Has the share of deg which if the takeover goes through will become paper in northern star.If the POG drops GOR will drop.GOR pays a pathetic dividend .Gors half of gruyere would be of no interest to any other gold company.
