Per the MD today the GOR board understands its fiduciary obligations well. That is to act in the best interest of shareholders. If the GOR board is seeking value for the future underground it needs to tread with care. They are neither operators nor developers, and certainly not in underground mines. Mr Market has spoken today and not traded the SP up to the Goldfields offer. I'm not convinced this isn't fair value for GOR holders, if not full value.
