City Pacific Financial Services Pty Ltd (a loans broker similar to Aussie Home Loans) was sold recently by City Pacific Ltd for $2.2million but made a very miniscule net profit significantly below $1 million in the Y/E 30.06.08.
The large financial Services income figures I mentioned relates to the management of the City Pacific FMF and other funds. So these fees will continue.
The City Pacific FMF a completly different entity has reduced their loan with the CBA from $121.5 million on 31 October 2008 to $96.3 million on 25 November 2008.
