    OK Thats it Im getting motivated, how would alb like it if I formed a company that uses individual voting rights in mass to protect companies like alb against takeover. This would mean you still owned shares but the company would be formed purely for the protection of minority share holder rights and the protection from takeover in transitional periods. This means you would allocate voting rights to the company I formed.
