Last year I sent Phil Cohen a series of emails about the lack of proper disclosure to shareholders ... and, in case Reganbaha is reading this thread, they were polite but firm, sticking to the facts and unemotional. Okay, I got replies (terse yet polite), which was more than other got, but ultimately I was stonewalled. The problem is not that the Board is unaware of shareholder anger and frustration ... gosh, how many times have they been told to upgrade from pathetic their communications with shareholders ... the problem is that they are wilfully choosing to ignore it.
