Hi Pauljbo,
Think we went through these convertible note VWAP calculations some time ago and agreed that it would not take much to keep the CRE share price at the 5.8c mark to prevent FML from achieving the required number of shares to get over the 90% mark.
Would be great to see it happen, but just don't think it will.
