    I for one will not be accepting this junk.. i wonder how much the IB got for drawing up this proposal... CBH cannot survive DEBT IS NOT KING IN DOWN TIMES... CASH IS KING and that's what pem has CASH... RIDE IT OUT... pem will be on top
