I have every confidence in the AHR board and I am very disappointed that you are a bit suspicious

As far as I am concerned you post should be moderated buy the Hot Copper police.

Please note as per the takeover letter the C.S.J.G had already been discussing possible Joint Venture with AHR. Obviously discussing the Antimony deposit etc. The market was fully aware of a Scoping Study and the drilling campaign to be funded from the capital raising. Also the market was fully aware AHR was running short of cash
It has been SUGGESTED on Hot Copper C.S.J.G company was registered only days prior to the Takeover offer.

Clearly C.S.J.G saw an opportunity and made a lowball offer and as per the offer pay out the difference in the SPP.

Please note that AHR went to the trouble to have part of the SPP underwritten.
