Good post! If the market recovers then the recent sellers are going to rue the day they lost their nerve and sold down. I feel that China sinks or swims on the American consumer. If they stop buying then China sinks. The American consumer buys when easy credit is available and they feel their major asset backing, their house holds its value. So, watch the American housing market because apon that our short term future relies.
