I suspect there are very few of us shareholders left in ENE but it amazes me that on 20 December AFR ran a seemingly informed piece that PEP (80% plus shareholder) had been offered $5.50 for its shares in ENE, yet ENE have said nothing!
ENE did seem to cease their buyback on 21/12.
Do they hold price sensitive information, and should shareholders have it?
Stock has barely moved.
