Digger - I would assume that the failure to buyback shares for a couple of weeks there was some sort of protocol relating to the period leading up to reporting of the financial result.
While I am disappointed that there hasn't been a takeover announced on this one. . . .. the result was pleasing, and I feel good about this as a medium term hold.
You know that PEP has to do something with the asset at some point. . . .. so there is a motivation for corporate action at the right time/price.
