On the flipside, PE have walked away as they were not willing to offer more than $3.50 as perhaps there was no value to them in it. Would be nice if the company did actually tell shareholders what did happen but we will likely never know. I bought back in this week as i see opportunity at this price (double bottom also). What could go wrong right?
