Would not suprise me if there is indeed an offer. If this is true I think that there would be a mad rush to pump out another announcement re flows. Whatever the offer is, and $3 sounds like the opening gambit, MAE would have a strong case to ask for more if they can come up with an announcement that results in the SP going uo to $2 or so.

If there is an offer an announcement tomorrow, or very early next week wuld be the appropriate response. GS will be pushing for this.

We will wait and see.
