I work up North and the talk around Kal and other areas was such. I was right on TEA when that was about to get done over based on simialr "rumours".
As I said, don't go buying big (or selling big) or anything and most likely just bush buzz only. Just relaying what I hear from where the foot soldiers are, something you city folk mayn't get to hear from that often.
