Clearly the market doesn't believe that there is nothing going on here.
TAH is a $15 stock at best right now in the absence of any takeover talk with all the problems they have.
There is a suggestion that they may even be overpriced right now even with a takeover premium built in. I know what I would be doing with my TAH right now if I held any. I would be selling at these levels. (As it is I don't own any TAH. I just work for 'em)
