I had heard the due diligence has been done...sounds like they are testing the water with Rathbone at the moment to see if he would be receptive. But the general view seems to be that they might consider a hostile bid and take advantage of the weak SP. IMO $14 would get a lot of support given the big change in the share register over the past 2 months.
