There is no doubt whatsoever in my mind that the Chinese will move in. The only issue is timing and the price. They have already had one aborted shot at it.
China has billions to feed and wealth to achieve. They will not leave many loose ends lying around - including NUF.
The premium in my opinion will be around 30%+ to the SP.
