Agree but 30% premium to current SP will not cut it, the price has fallen over 35% in less than 2 months.
Takeover bid will need to be over $14 and even then might struggle to get enough support....Rathbone holds over 10% and parties close to him have control of another 15%. That 25%+ stake is vital to any takeover success.
Just because he offloaded a smallish stake in the capital raising at $11.25 doesn't mean he will give the company away at bargain basement prices!
