To be honest it is management that sets the stock price because of their behavior and it goes like this Company insiders ----------> Analysts/smart money-/instos/market makers and shifty brokers ----------------> Retail investors late to the game buying into the pump, averaging down then ston3r coming along praising management ramping it up giving hope to the hard working mum and dads a bit of rainbow see all the ramping did not work. HC members have zero influence on the stock price not even a slight pinch.
