    If we hit $20M EBIT in 2020, and we assume a 2020 EBIT margin of 25%, we would require revenue of $80M.

    If we assume that revenue in 2017 comes in at $22M, growing to $80M in 3 years is a revenue CAGR of 54%! Because of the operating leverage in the company, EBIT will be growing much much faster.

    Who in their right mind would want to sell a business like that! The offer would have to be insanely good.

    I don't think we need to discuss the price we'd be willing to accept if we hit our numbers, perhaps the more pertinent question is what we might get taken out for if we fail to hit our numbers (Ie, someone elsethinks they can monetize our IP better than we can)
