STO is taking over ESG. This has long been expected but only just happened probably because ESG's share has been low for the last few months.
Hanlong has put in takeover offers for SDL and BMN. Again both their share prices have been low over the last few months.
Hurry up Shell! Nexus' share price may not be this low much longer is a CRUX farmout materialises.
