If someone wanted to takeover neo and wanted to get set they could well buy the options and take a very large position in the oppies. Once they have a substantial holding in the oppies they could convert and have a controlling interest without having to make a formal takeover offer. This way they would put money into the company instead of the market.

Sounds like a very interesting plan!!
