In my view, Sol doesn't need control, he just needs influence - I would love to be wrong, but I don't expect a takeover.
He will act in his own best interests, which will in part be aligned with MYR shareholders interests. But make no mistake, if there is value to be had, I see it being allocated 3 parts Sol/Premier to 1 part MYR.
