boydie, I had a situation like yours, except you made 50%, and I came out even. :D However, in assessing CRE shares to buy now, it's an interesting one. Since the CRE buyer has gone, I reckon there'll be vultures circling, seeking blood as the remaining CRE holders seek to exit. As there's only a small amount of time before an outcome occurs re CRE, I'd be weorriedabout getting caught in, with buyers asking for less and less.

Sorry don't get a couple of points, i was lucky enough to make over 100% bought at 3.1c and sold 6.6c i know tax will have to be paid but i have a few dogs to call on!
The other is ,FML have put a value on CRE as being 1.18 CRE to 1 FML,thus by watching FML closer to the close of date it may be possible to grab some CRE from people who do not wish to be part of FML, bet i'm the only person who has thought of this!
