Let's take the case you describe.
1. Skip Capital is paying too low fine tell them we are happy to have you as a shareholder but we ain't selling.
2. Management wants too high a bid. Unlikely we are starting at 23 cents and still talking. Nobody is expecting an offer of 30 plus cents. We have five broker reports valuing GNX over 30 cents. Not one broker under 30 cents. And there is a big margin from say 25 cents to 30 cents. So I don't think its Management pushing for a high price. Management be confident in your business and just continue would be my option. You will be getting alot more bids and interest once Hydro is up and running and batteries installed. Infact you could sell off the assets possibly. GNX can just be a builder of assets perhaps. But why accept a offer that's way too low.
