Do we often see these ‘Experts Reports’ and ‘Independent Valuation’ differ significantly from what those commissioning them were thinking.?
As Sir Humphrey said, ‘Minister, it is very dangerous to have an inquiry or commission a report unless you know exactly what will be found or in the report’.
Imho, one can often take these ‘experts reports’ with a large pinch of salt.
