The difference is management has stated they support the offer at 25 cents back in Augusr 2022. If Skip decide to buy in Dec 2023 is Skip Capital and Stonepeak still going to argue that Management should suppor the bid as they publicly did so in August 2022? When your building an asset (being the major asset of the company) time does matter. So yeah if they re bid down the track then they will need to apporpriately adjust the price for Management support.
