A bit like this...
Skip saw a paddockful of glistening rocks full of gold.
They could not jump the fence and just grab them, that would be theft.
So next best strategy, as they sensed that the owner did not realise the value lying in the paddock ... offer to buy the place for a pittance.
Wise up fellow shareholders ....we are the owners of that paddock of gold! Its NOT for sale to cheapskates at pittance prices. Its our GOLD for the future.
