The last point may be a hard one to know... how many holders are remaining from IPO & CR's and averaged down VS how many sold out / re-entered VS recent entries etc... other than skip - we have only seen substantial holders exit their stake (plus SK)
but even blind freddy would value this business at more than 23c...
