Given the contents (and specific wording) of Monday's ASX release and noting that there has been no further ASX announcement or trading halt, my assumption is that nothing has changed since Monday (i.e. there is no active engagement with Skip). Rather, my guess is that GNX is talking to its advisors and formulating a response to the indicative proposal and/or determining a more border response.

Now that ASX trading is finished for the week, the weekend does create a longer window for GNX to potentially engage with Skip without having to make a further announcement until 10:00 am Monday (if further engagement is what they determine to do). Either way, I expect a further update on Monday from GNX on the lie of the land.
