    I love this little chestnut. If you don't like management then sell.

    Whilst it's hard to keep a straight face and say it, management is supposed to be the representative of the owners of a company (ie. shareholders) so there is a very good case for holding an investment and rattling the cage.

    also, not to put too fine a point on it, but the offer was lobbed on the Friday prior, so in fact they've had a week.
