Agree... in my view, with so many shares, the 'cat herder' principle would come into effect.

Again, if we take into consideration the respect that our board has cultivated...it would take a strong recommendation from them to get me to contemplate a sell.

Again, with the world situation continuing to develop in a downward spiral (despite overtones to the contrary) where is the compelling motivation to sell? To the contrary holders will take an outside interest as a vindication of their selection and all types of emotions will come into play.

Again, if this next announcement is positive the prospect of a successful take over attempt becomes more costly.

However as has been mentioned distressed selling is, and will possibly continue, to be an unfathomable consderation. Still even if the takeover merchant could wrangle the top 20 share holders they would only have 46%..that leaves a lot of stray cats.
