Hi F&B and Shiok, FML were in a fairly strong position when they first made the T/O offer for CRE and what they should have done was place all the FML shares that were transferred at that time - go into escrow for 12 months. Thus stopping DB and all the other CRE disgruntled shareholders from selling and bringing down FML's SP. If ever we offer another distressed miner a way out of losing ALL their money, we should protect our SP first. M
