I don't think it's a takeover spec, the only takeover specs are miners due to the chinese state owned companies, none of them are looking for airlines. I don't see anyone with two pennies to rub together bother taking over any airlines because there is a oversupply of commercial jets, someone could simply buy up the planes which VBA & Qantas & others have in hanger wondering what to do with and start up a new airline much cheaper.
