Yes, the looks to be an individual buyer taking a few million shares in large out of the ordinary spikes, a similar pattern over the last few days, today being bigger. Buying between 12.5 and 13c. (Wish I had the money to do this)
Also, Conspiracy theory. Kenyan Elections, March 2013... Tana Delta is a contentious issue (I think has been posted before). Local violence sounds appalling to the groups of people that live there, disputes over land and water leading to killings.
