looks like a final pump by Hartleys to exit PCL , they commision an O/S firm to release a positive annoucement
on takeover talk on PCL which if it happens would be years away , however this buzz can enable Hartleys to exit FAR and PCL .

IMO hartleys are supporting the SP ATM in anticipation of this final small pump on T/O talk they are supporting the price but are trying to squeeze the last pump out of shareholders so they can exit .

A dirty game from Hartleys to unload to the unsuspecting shareholders but thats the way the game is played.
