You sound like another one of those shorter's attmepting to ramp down the stock. (Good Luck with your short, ha, ha, ha). FYI, the SPP ended some weeks ago.
The market is now realising that the stock was oversold, that along with:
1. strong gold price heading towards US$1200,
2. the Chinese JV offer on terms after completion of their due diligence,
3. positive market indices,
4. improved expected quarterly result >6500oz-7500oz
takeover speculation, page-13
