    Excuse my ignorance but if a delisting happens how are our shares valued?

    If delisting was not an issue with a takeover (i.e. the ASX being a good bed for miners) - the best thing IMO would be reconstruct the COY as to force ML & Co into much more manageable portions. Right now they are riding the Coy all the way down as I feel he managed this thing from a distance?

    A company with 100M shares will perform much better with the SP.
