That is pure conjecture it was mentioned here 2 months ago as well I doubt if they have any where near that voting power yet although they are arbitraging on their present capitalisation with their recent share dilution when buying this.
ie get this ore cheap from RMI and sell taillering peak and Mt Gibson to Nanjing Iron and Steel at an inflated price
