Dataroom in the Australian today is reporting that Gateway Lifestyle Group is considering a bid for Ingenia.
They say: "If an offer did materialise, it’s unclear whether Ingenia investors would embrace an exit."
It's an interesting question. It's a case of a bird in the hand vs two in the bush. Long term prospects for INA look very good but progress has perhaps been slower than anticipated, so a takeover would crystallise value.
Anyone interested in the story should be able to read it by googling Ingenia and clicking through the first hit that mentions Gateway.
