at the recent meet & greet session with AJM management i asked the question of merger/takeover as it made perfect sense to me ? with the shared management.
james brown answered this question by saying "we would have to look at what was in the best interests of shareholders".
i would sugest that if both entitys continue to exist stand alone that this may eventuate, merger/takeover ?
