Atlas has been holding up well during all the market turmoil, I thought the announcement would of generated allot more interest.

The announcement seems to have been forgotten about in the market volatility.

"Atlas Group Holdings confirmed that the company has been approached and is in discussions with a company associated with former director Peter Smaller, as well as a number of other parties, regarding a possible transaction concerning the ownership of the company. Atlas has engaged ABN AMRO to assist it in the discussions with interested parties."
