Plenty of talk about it....The other mooted tie-up involves Eclipx and another ASX-listed leasing group, Mcmillan Shakespeare. McMillan’s also had a nibble in the past.
It comes as the leasing companies return to business as usual following a disrupted 2020. One impact of the COVID-19 pandemic, and the resulting new car shortages, is a rise in used car prices which is providing a profit sugar hit for the leasing groups.
