Kosy, I totally agree with you, however you can see why Nestle would be keen to accumulate a stake at this price level and potentially make a tilt at A2M. It would be a share if A2M got swallowed up by a cumbersome giant as it has too much potential by itself.
On the positive side, if ALU is anything to go by, a takeover attempt may elevate the share price even if the takeover does not go ahead.
As a long term shareholder there is NO WAY I would be voting for a takeover even at 100% premium to the current price.
