You give the journos too much credit. This is the forum that cried 'pump and dump'.
They have a network of people who feed them reliable info. I'd say more than 75% of the time, articles like these are directionally correct (they often get some details wrong). When you do DD on a company, you get heaps of people involving, eventually leading to a leak or a tactical leak. I would bet Nestle are running the ruler for sure, whether it materialises is a completely different story.
